I haven't caught a nice flounder like that in years..used to catch em like crazy..some doormats too. guess commercial fishing has taken its toll.

Yes,
commercial fishing takes a heavy toll on flounder.  We caught 124 flounder and only 6-7 were above the 15 inch minimum.
