Boulder area for two days

I'm fishing for some intel. I'll be in Denver for a distributor's show Aug. 7,8 and I'll be putting in some time the next two days on some streams/small lakes. Two of my daughters live in Boulder and they're letting the old man sleep on the sofa.    And buy them dinners, beer, etc.
I fished RMNP a couple years ago, but I'm trying to not drive that far. I'll be doing some research, but if if anyone has a tip or two they're willing to surrender, PM me. I do know the fly shops in town and will hit them up.
