Really good stuff here, gents.   

I dug up and scanned some OLD family photos a few months back...these are much more interesting than anything else in my library.  This is my grandfather. 

He was born and raised in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.  He's the youngest in this photo.


Here is his mother and the family dog "Silver", an enormous German Shepherd.  His father would drive a horse and cart to Baltimore to sell apples and "Silver" came along to help protect the cart from thieves.




The family in PA.


He played football and baseball in high school.




This is him and my grandmother in high school.


Off to the war.  He was stationed in Okinawa amongst many other places.






Some time off with the pup.


Back overseas to fight in Korea.






With (most of) the family in VA circa 1965.  Looks like it could have been Easter Sunday.


At my parents wedding.

A few years before he passed. Shame we never had a beer, I'm sure he had some good stories I've never heard.
