I know it's only October, but I see Christmas trees at Walmart and I know how long it takes you brfffers to tie up a dozen flies!

I like the free for all idea of last years Christmas swap and will carry it forward to this year as well.  Tie up whatever pattern you want.  Due date will be Dec. 1 which will give you plenty of time to get your flies by Christmas.  Depending on how many people join determines how many flies will be tied.  Will close who can join this swap Oct. 31 so you all will know exactly how many flies to tie.

    * Post on thread that your in the swap and name the pattern your tying
    * When flies are done, PM me for my address (my address has changed since the last swap I've done)
    * When mailing flies, make sure you include a return envelope with your address and close to the correct return postage.
    * Try to get your flies to me by Dec. 1st

I could do some peanut envy streamers in olive or black, size #6 or #8 or a mix of those colors..if someone has a preference on color I could do something else. they work pretty well  /'/

----just doing olive now...I was over ambitious when I said more than one color..materials ain't cheap...

consumnfire1229

Count me in if you guys can stand a tiny Mayfly Emerger pattern?  Doug knows the pattern...

I am going to tie up a Crawfish pattern that is one of my go-to flies for Smallies.  However, when I lived in Utah it also was one of my go-to flies for stillwater trout.  Simple, but very effective.

kylemc

I'm in. Pattern will be a surprise. It's a Christmas swap after all.

OldDominionAngler

Count me in for some different color variations of CK Baitfish.  Wobble Wobble.

I love the CK baitfish pattern.  It's a smallie killer.

Since ODA and Kyle joined, its convinced me to tie up a big articulated musky fly.  I've never caught a musky, but I sure enjoy tying them.
