WOW did this bring a loud laugh from me when I read it!  Nearly peed my pants.  Yrs. back I was in court in Franklin Co, VA court.  They had a case where 3 guys had been busted for trepassing on someones dock at Smith Mtn. Lake and drunk in public.  When they approached the bench to plead their case, all 3 couldn't walk!  They were stammering and stumbling.  They immediately got busted for drunk in public - right in the court room.  I still talk about that.
