Getting in the swing, er, cast

New to fly fishing. Really enjoying the experience even though I haven't had time to wade in as often as I would like. Hope to find some sage advice and "old hand" tricks of the trade here.  bd;0 I live just outside of Kingsport, TN and work in Johnson City, TN so I am pretty close to some great rivers and streams. ;D
