Zipping My Fly
« on: December 27, 2005, 23:25:07 PM »
Rich Tosches wrote this book, he currently writes for the Colorado Springs Gazette. I have read many books over the years containing humor & fish tales, i couldn't put this one down & read all 245 pages in a few hours.
Throughout the chapters, it brought back all the past memories of fishing with friends, tying flies, fishing & not catching & life as a fisherman in a matter of fact way that is just hilarious, heck, i'm going to read it again in the next few days. ;D

I got a copy of this for Christmas. Its good not great- the humor is a little to self aware, and he tries to hard to be funny.
Skip the last chapter for a fun book its a real downer and is very specific to a certain time (its one of those 9/12 kinda of peices- the worlds' scary now so I'm going fishing...)
If your looking for a copy I'll trade you mine.
