After seeing how good the water looked in Bug's report decided to give it a go today.  Called mudpuppy at 6 am ta make sure he was up and ready...famous last words "sorry but I'm gonna bail on ya"  what a puss, decided to hit it alone.  Glad I did the topwater bite was good.  A few pics...

The spiderwort, is in full bloom, and you captured it well. I like the detail.
