The Triangle Fly Fishers club, a TU and FFF affiliate, will be holding their annual Pig Picking and Auction on Sat. Oct. 8 at the Durham County Wildlife Club off Hopson Rd. near the RDU airport. Map and directions are here
This is their major fund raising event for the year. Proceeds go to support the various projects of the club.

Pig Pickin' 2010
The annual Pig Pickin' and auction is a fun family event, and our major fund raiser. Come enjoy some barbecue and bid on items including:
Guided trips
Companion trips (with TFF members)
Fishing gear, new and "gently" used
Non-fishing items: art, jewelry, gift certificates, ...
Bring the family for good food, games for the kids, music, fly casting contest, bucket raffle, silent and live auction, door prizes, and all-around good fun!
Saturday, October 9, at the DCWC (Map/directions)
Event starts at 3:00pm, food served around 5:00pm
Cost: $15/person -- age 10 and under are free
