Being new to this area Ive never been to this.

If you are into rod building, yes, this is the big one.  All the supply houses, all the manufactures, lots of bargains, lots of demos.  The only thing that surprises folks is that 80% of the show has nothing to do with fly rods.  It's custom rod builders from all disciplines.  Boat rods are a big deal, but custom built spinning rods also have  a large following.  Still, guides, cork, reel seats, and blanks will all be available.  Bring your wish list, and be prepared to go home broke.
