Sage Launch Series 8WT ??

Ive got a line on a Sage Launch 9 foot 8wt for $130.00.  It is a new store demo rod.  Has anyone fished this rod?

I am heading for Florida later this week and will be there for over a month on Tampa Bay.  I still plan to fish Steelhead later this winter in Ohio and PA too.

Will this be a good rod for the price for Florida and Great Lakes Steelhead?

I'm guessing it should be good for that. If you want a cheap alternative (or backup) I've got a St. Croix Imperial (old style) 8wt 9ft 4 piece I need to sell for around $75.
