Sage for '06
« on: October 05, 2005, 08:09:26 AM »
No real changes from Sage except a new rod, the VT2.... it replaces the VPS series.

I test casted the 7'9" 3wt, the 9' 5wt, and the 9' 6wt on the courthouse lawn a couple of weeks ago.  All three of them cast very nicely and felt smooth in my hands. I know this ain't saying much, but I'm not an expert caster and have trouble communicating the tech stuff about rods. All I know is what I like and dislike..... I liked 'em.

A few new models for the TCR and the Xi2 series..... including a trout-chasin Xi2 8' 16wt  ;D

HTH's,

Walt
