I've used the Balance. I also cast a big 10wt with a Balance on it, I could feel the difference, it kind of lever's your arm and makes the rod feel lighter.

Yes I like the Balance too but its just not the same. :'(

Can the Balance be bought in the USA? I'v seen em in the British catalogs but I will not pay the difference between the Pound and the Dollar.

Any shop that carries Airflow can get the Balance for you. It's around $200

Medfly's Vosseler is a bitchin' reel-German made- I have always thought Airflow made some cool reels..
