The marsh is alive

Back on Bald Head for the summer, and if the first couple trips are an indication, it's going to be a great season for redfish.

There's a big difference between a dry fly dancing through
a riffle and a weighted fur ball dragging on the bottom.

I'm pretty much into catch and release and as such, most fish I catch are not removed from the water. Here's some pictures of what red drum look like if you're not familiar.

those are some hella big gear caught jetty fish.
